Ali ste vedeli, da smo se pribli\u017eno petdeset let nazaj smejali ve\u010d kot 18 min dnevno, danes pa se smejimo manj kot 6 min? Pomislite, kdaj ste se nazadnje iskreno od srca nasmejali do solz?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

Danes, v\u010deraj ali je \u017ee toliko \u010dasa od tega, da se ne spomnite ve\u010d? Spomnite se ob\u010dutkov, ki vas prevzamejo, kadar se smejite na ves glas in vas od smeha boli trebuh. Si \u017eelite, da bi bilo takih trenutkov v va\u0161em \u017eivljenju ve\u010d?<\/p>

Za trenutek se vrnimo v svoje otro\u0161tvo. Zagotovo imamo v spominu vsaj en dogodek, ko smo se kot otroci brezskrbno smejali na ves glas. Nismo se obremenjevali s tem ali je nekaj dejansko sme\u0161no ali ne. Pogosto smo se smejali kar tako, brez razloga in brez sramu ob tem. Kako smo se takrat po\u010dutili? Bili smo veseli, nasmejani, zdravi ter polni energije, \u017eivljenja. V bistvu smo takrat po\u010deli ravno to, kar je danes namen joge smeha. Potem pa smo z odra\u0161\u010danjem nekako po\u010dasi pozabili na tisto pristno otro\u0161ko radost. Ker zdaj si odrasel in je \u201dneodgovorno\u201d in \u201dnesprejemljivo\u201d da se kar tako smeji\u0161.<\/p>

Sli\u0161ala sem tudi primere, ko so otroci v \u0161oli dobili opomin zaradi glasnega smeha (in to med odmorom). \u010ce se v javnosti preglasno smeji\u0161, si \u017ee tar\u010da pomenljivih pogledov. Dana\u0161nja dru\u017eba in mediji na\u0161 vsakdan skrbno polnijo z veliko mero strahu, skrbi, negativno energijo in to je privedlo tako dale\u010d, da je glavni povzro\u010ditelj vseh bolezni dana\u0161njega \u010dasa ravno stres. Vse ve\u010d je depresivnih ljudi, vse manj pa nasmejanih in sre\u010dnih. In prav zdaj, ob poplavi vseh \u017ealostnih dogodkov, ki se dogajajo po svetu, je \u0161e toliko bolj pomembno, da ne dopustimo, da kolektivna zavest strahu vpliva na nas. Vsak dan se namre\u010d dogajajo tudi lepe in \u010dudovite stvari. \u010ce mediji o njih ne poro\u010dajo, \u0161e ne pomeni, da jih ni. Vse je le stvar percepcije vsakega posameznika in \u010de se odlo\u010dimo, da se bomo osredoto\u010dili na bolj pozitivne stvari, bo na\u0161e \u017eivljenje zagotovo sre\u010dnej\u0161e.<\/p>

In prav to, je glavni motiv tudi pri jogi smeha. Preprosto se ODLO\u010cIMO za smeh. Brez humorja, brez \u0161al, brez razloga. Koncept joge smeha namre\u010d temelji na znanstveno dokazanem dejstvu, da na\u0161e telo ne lo\u010di med iskrenim in narejenim smehom. Psiholo\u0161ke in telesne koristi so v obeh primerih enake. Da pa bi jih lahko na\u0161emu telesu zagotovili, se moramo smejati vsaj 10-15 min skupaj. Smeh mora biti glasen in mora prihajati iz trebu\u0161ne prepone.<\/p>

Dihanje je za na\u0161e \u017eivljenje klju\u010dnega pomena. Ko smo pod stresom, je na\u0161e dihanje plitko. To pa v na\u0161em telesu povzro\u010di \u0161e ve\u010d stresa, zato je pomembno, da se nau\u010dimo pravilnega globokega dihanja. Najla\u017eji na\u010din za pravilno vdihovanje in izdihovanje pa je smeh. Na ta na\u010din iz telesa izdihnemo ves odve\u010dni zrak, ki vsebuje ve\u010d ogljikovega dioksida in tako vdihnemo ve\u010d kisika, s tem pa plju\u010da napolnimo z novo sve\u017eo energijo. Joga smeha je zato edinstvena vadba, ki zdru\u017euje smejalne vaje z dihalnimi vajami joge. Smejalne vaje nas spodbudijo k smehu, dihalne vaje, pa nam pomagajo vnesti ve\u010d kisika v telo in mo\u017egane, zaradi \u010desar se po\u010dutimo popolnoma prerojeni in polni energije. Pri jogi smeha je vsaka skrb, da se ne bi smejali popolnoma odve\u010d, saj je smeh kot vemo nalezljiv in se v skupini kaj hitro lahko spremeni v neustavljiv krohot.<\/p>

Za\u010detnik joge smeha je zdravnik dr. Madan Kataria iz Indije, sedaj pa se vadba izvaja \u017ee v ve\u010d kot sedemdesetih dr\u017eavah po svetu, med drugim seveda tudi pri nas. Ravno Slovenija, pa je bila po poro\u010danju Montrealskega \u010dasopisa The Gazette, uvr\u0161\u010dena v sam svetovni vrh glede raziskav o vplivu smeha. Velika zahvala za to gre Mednarodnemu in\u0161titutu za smeh Maribor, ki deluje pod okriljem Simone Krebs. Raziskave so pokazale, da redna vadba joge smeha krepi imunski sistem, uravnava krvni tlak, zni\u017euje nivo glukoze v krvi, kar je odli\u010dno za diabetike, zni\u017euje nivo kortizola (stresnega hormona) in spro\u0161\u010da endorfine (hormone sre\u010de). Prav tako zni\u017euje fizi\u010dni, mentalni in \u010dustveni stres in dviguje razpolo\u017eenje. Pospe\u0161uje cirkulacijo krvi in je odli\u010dna aerobna vadba (dr. W. Fry je dokazal, da je 1 min smeha enaka 10 min teka ali veslanja). Zaradi mnogih pozitivnih zdravstvenih u\u010dinkov na telo, se pri nas joga smeha izvaja v \u0161tevilnih domovih za starej\u0161e, vpeljana pa je bila tudi na oddelek za dializo v ljubljanski Klini\u010dni center.<\/p>

Joga smeha zato ni le neka \u010dudna vadba, kjer izvajamo sme\u0161ne vaje, temve\u010d je vadba, ki nam lahko resni\u010dno spremeni pogled na \u017eivljenje. Poleg fizi\u010dnega zdravja pripomore tudi k temu, da postanemo bolj umirjeni, radostni, izbolj\u0161ajo pa se tudi na\u0161i partnerski, prijateljski in poslovni odnosi.<\/p>

Vizija Madana Katarie in joge smeha je \u0161iriti svetovni mir skozi smeh. S pomo\u010djo smejalne vadbe razvijemo toleranco, odpu\u0161\u010danje, radodarnost in ob\u010dutimo sre\u010do ter brezpogojno ljubezen. V jogi smeha temu pravimo \u201dkoktejl radosti,\u201d ki ga v tem \u010dasu \u0161e kako potrebujemo. Nadenimo si nasmeh in z njim osvetljujmo tudi druge.<\/p>
