Smeh bla\u017ei stres in depresijo<\/h3>\n

Da je smeh pomemben za zdravje, je znano \u017ee tiso\u010dletja. \u017de stari Kitajci so vedeli, da smeh na telo deluje pozitivno. V Gr\u010diji so bolni\u0161nice gradili v bli\u017eini gledali\u0161\u010d, da so bolniki sli\u0161ali smeh in ob\u010dutili veselje, kar jim je pomagalo pri ozdravitvi. Smeh zmanj\u0161uje stresne hormone, kot sta adrenalin in kortizol.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Michael Miller in William F. Fry sta dokazala, da smeh povzro\u010di izlo\u010danje endorfinov, ki protivnetno vplivajo na sr\u010dno-\u017eilni sistem. Ko se smejimo, se izlo\u010dajo tudi drugi hormoni, ki dobrodejno vplivajo na telo in razpolo\u017eenje. Smeh ima \u0161e mnoge dobre druge vplive: zmanj\u0161uje raven krvnega sladkorja, uravnava krvni tlak, pospe\u0161uje prekrvavitev, krepi imunski sistem, pomaga pri nespe\u010dnosti, pove\u010duje samozavest, krepi ustvarjalnost in spomin. Zni\u017euje fizi\u010dni, \u010dustveni in mentalni stres, u\u010dinkovito odpravlja depresijo in dviguje razpolo\u017eenje. Da lahko telesu zagotovimo vse te dobre vplive, se moramo dnevno smejati vsaj\u00a0 deset do petnajst minut skupaj. Morda se vam to zdi nemogo\u010de, a obstaja vadba, ki nam to z lahkoto omogo\u010da. Imenuje se joga smeha, njen za\u010detnik pa je indijski zdravnik dr. Madan Kataria. Med vadbo se telo popolnoma sprosti, s pomo\u010djo smeha izdihnemo ves odve\u010dni ogljikov dioksid in tako vdihnemo ve\u010d kisika. Po vadbi se zato po\u010dutimo prerojeni in napolnjeni z energijo. Smeh nas napolni z radostjo, sre\u010do, veseljem, u\u010dinke pa lahko \u010dutimo \u0161e nekaj dni po vadbi.<\/p>\n
