\"SmehDa je smeh pomemben za zdravje, je znano \u017ee tiso\u010dletja. \u017de stari Kitajci so vedeli, da smeh na telo deluje pozitivno. V Gr\u010diji so bolni\u0161nice gradili v bli\u017eini gledali\u0161\u010d, da so bolniki sli\u0161ali smeh in ob\u010dutili veselje, kar jim je pomagalo pri ozdravitvi.<\/p>\n

Michael Miller in William F. Fry sta dokazala, da smeh povzro\u010di izlo\u010danje endorfinov, ki protivnetno vplivajo na sr\u010dno-\u017eilni sistem. Ko se smejimo, se izlo\u010dajo tudi drugi hormoni, ki dobrodejno vplivajo na telo in razpolo\u017eenje. Smeh ima \u0161e mnoge druge dobre vplive: zmanj\u0161uje raven krvnega sladkorja, uravnava krvni tlak, pospe\u0161uje prekrvitev, krepi imunski sistem, pomaga pri nespe\u010dnosti, pove\u010duje samozavest, krepi ustvarjalnost in spomin. Zni\u017euje fizi\u010dni, \u010dustveni in mentalni stres, u\u010dinkovito odpravlja depresijo in dviguje razpolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n

William F. Fry: \u00bbSmeh je tudi odli\u010dna aerobna vadba: minuta smeha ima enak u\u010dinek, kot \u010de bi deset minut tekli ali veslali.\u00ab<\/strong><\/p>\n

Da bi telesu zagotovimo vse te dobre vplive, se moramo dnevno smejati vsaj deset do petnajst minut skupaj. Morda se vam zdi to nemogo\u010de, a obstaja vadba, ki nam to z lahkoto omogo\u010da. Imenuje se joga smeha<\/strong>, njen za\u010detnik pa je indijski zdravnik dr. Madan Kataria.<\/p>\n

Joga smeha je zabavna vadba, sestavljena iz gibalno-vokalnih vaj, iger, dihanja in seveda smeha. Temelji na dokazanem dejstvu, da na\u0161e telo ne lo\u010di med iskrenim in igranim smehom. Psiholo\u0161ke in telesne koristi so popolnoma enake. Med vadbo se telo popolnoma sprosti, s pomo\u010djo smeha izdihnemo ves odve\u010dni ogljikov dioksid in tako vdihnemo ve\u010d kisika. Po vadbi se zato po\u010dutimo prerojeni in napolnjeni z energijo. Smeh nas napolni z radostjo, sre\u010do, veseljem, u\u010dinke pa lahko \u010dutimo \u0161e nekaj dni po vadbi.<\/p>\n

Mentalno \u010distilna nitka<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Predstavljamo si, da skozi u\u0161esa povle\u010demo nevidno mentalno nitko, jo vle\u010demo levo in desno in \u010distimo negativne misli. Zraven se smejimo.<\/p>\n

Smejalna tableta<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

Predstavljamo si, da pojemo \u010dude\u017eno tableto, ki ima takoj\u0161en u\u010dinek na na\u0161e po\u010dutje. Ko jo pogoltnemo, se za\u010dnemo glasno smejati in se takoj po\u010dutimo bolje.<\/p>\n

Prazni \u017eepi<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

Ne glede na to, kaj se nam v \u017eivljenju dogaja, se lahko temu nasmejimo in tako svoje misli hitreje preusmerimo k iskanju re\u0161itve. Tudi takrat, ko nimamo denarja. Izvle\u010demo si prazne \u017eepe in se smejimo temu, da ni ni\u010d v njih.<\/p>\n

Imam se rad\/a<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n

Najbolj pomembno je, da imamo najprej radi sami sebe in se sprejemamo. \u0160ele nato lahko damo ljubezen drugim in smo jo tudi sposobni sprejeti. Objamemo se z obema rokama ter se sami s seboj smejimo.<\/p>\n
